Team of Concern (TOC) is a Collaborative Care process that provides a multi-tiered continuum of preventive care within a school setting that is designed to increase a student's ability to avoid risk-taking behaviors which could lead to alcohol and drug use. TOC partners with each school in choosing the programming that matches the individual school and school districts' unique needs and population. TOC also provides individual early intervention counseling services to students where there is concern for developing problems with alcohol and other drugs.
