Connected Communities – Thriving Families
This initiative brings together youth, parents, providers and leaders to address high numbers of youth in the child welfare system in Missouri due to factors related to poverty. This work envisions a systems redesign that engages communities to support and empower families. This redesign will ensure that families are connected to appropriate resources and community-specific solutions inform policy changes and funding priorities.
