30 Days to Family
Intense, short-term intervention to place a child with relatives/kin within 30 days of entering foster care. An average of 150 relatives/kin are identified. Natural and formal supports are put in place to ensure placement stability. Referrals are accepted from child welfare agencies and court staff only.
This program serves students impacted by foster care who have mental, emotional, or behavioral health concerns with special education plans, enrollment, and/or suspensions. Referrals are accepted from the family and/or educators, child welfare agencies, court staff, CASAs, and therapists.
Family Works is a placement stabilization program exclusively for foster/adoptive/guardianship families. This 12- to 15-week program is rooted in attachment and trauma theory. Referrals are accepted from the family and/or child welfare agencies, court staff, CASAs, and therapists.
