    Wellness Sessions.

    • Brain Recess: EF Playground (Room 316): With the demands of school and daily life, everyone’s brain needs a recess from the constant overload we manage. Enjoy fun, hands-on activities that give your brain the break and play it craves. Through a few playful, low-stakes games, you’ll practice executive functioning skills like prioritizing, working memory, and flexibility. Leave feeling refreshed and re-energized, with strategies you can use all year long. Presented by Caroline Mug Coaching.
    • Dream. Believe. Become. Create A Vison Board That Creates The Life You Imagine (The Chamber): Through a guided reflection and creative vision board activity, attendees will identify meaningful personal and professional wellness goals that align with their values. This workshop also includes simple mindfulness practices that can be incorporated into daily routines to sustain motivation throughout the school year. Leave with a personalized wellness vision board, practical self-care strategies, and renewed inspiration to prioritize their own well-being while continuing to support others. Presented by Maggie Travers.
    • Inhale Peace Exhale Stress (Room 314): Learn the benefits of aromatherapy for relaxation and everyday well-being! Create your own calming spray and leave with a mindfulness journal and simple take-home strategies to support your emotional wellness. Presented by Shawnica Andrews.
    • Morning J.A.M.M. (Century Room B): Enjoy a brief West African dance class followed by tips and resources for establishing or maintaining journaling and meditation practices. Presented by Creative Healing by Shanina.
    • Pause & Pour: A Candle Making and Self-Care Experience (Quiet Lounge): Take part in a relaxing candle-making and self-care experience designed to help you slow down and recharge. Hand-pour and personalize your own soy candle while enjoying a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll also encourage intentional self-care by helping you schedule a meaningful moment to enjoy the candle you create. Presented by Crescent Collection.
    • Reset & Rise: Mindful Movement for the Youth Wellness and Emotional Balance (Room 315): Enjoy an interactive, trauma-informed experience featuring grounding practices, breathwork, and accessible yoga-based movement. Explore how these practices can help young people reduce stress, regulate emotions, improve focus, and develop healthy coping skills. No prior yoga experience is required. Leave with practical strategies and a resource handout you can immediately use with youth. Presented by The Oxygen Project: Yoga for Youth.
    • Sip and Sculpt (Century Room A): This session begins with an energy and hydration supplement, followed by dynamic stretching and a full-body workout that works your legs to shoulders in a series of exercises. End with stretching and bringing your breathing back to its baseline. Participants choose their supplement (hydration or energy) to add to a provided water bottle and leave with a habit tracker to set goals for future movement practices. Presented by Flourish Wellness.
    • Sound Healing and Chronic Stress (Century Room C): Learn why sound healing works and how adopting the practice can lower your stress and improve your health over time. Experience a 30-minute sound bath. Presented by South City Sound.
    • The Mindful Maker: Shrink Art and Braided Keychain (Room 313): Unwind by coloring vibrant, oven-baked shrinky dink charms and mastering colorful, braided lanyard keychains. It is the perfect opportunity to chat with fellow educators, listen to good music, and let your inner child dilly dally! You will leave the session with a custom keychain ready to use or gift.
