Jenny Lynch is a program officer and enjoys this role’s opportunities to support partner agencies in their use of CSF funding to achieve their missions serving children, youth, and families. Jenny also participates in CSF policy work, application reviews, and other internal efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness of taxpayer dollars in impacting children and youth’s behavioral health. Jenny additionally serves on the Funder’s Learning and Evaluation Group as co-chair of the Grantee Voice committee.
Jenny is a licensed clinical social worker, with a master’s in social work concentrating on practice with communities and organizations. This interest in facilitating system-level change drew her into the field of philanthropy, although she credits prior direct service positions as providing invaluable context for her current work, especially her roles in children’s residential mental health treatment and case management serving people with developmental disabilities.
In her personal life, Jenny is an active singer and volunteer with CHARIS, the Saint Louis Women’s Chorus, which performs music that celebrates and encourages women and the LGBTQIA+ community. She also enjoys board game nights with friends and family.
