Our mission is to improve the lives of kids and families in St. Louis County by strategically investing in the creation and maintenance of an integrated system of care that delivers effective mental and behavioral health services.

How We Fund

We are the largest children’s service fund in the state of Missouri, generating roughly $42 million annually through a quarter-cent sales tax. Learn more about how we fund children’s mental and behavioral health programs across St. Louis County.

Who We Fund

Approved by voters in 2008, the St. Louis County Putting Kids First Campaign created a community children’s fund for specific behavioral and mental health service needs.
